THE STAY
We’ll be based at the beautiful Boutique Platinum Hotel, located in Ortesei the heart of the Dolomites. This well appointed hotel includes a pool, sauna and wellness room for post ride recovery and features views of the dramatic Dolomites. Wake up to a lavish complimentary breakfast before departing on our adventures. It’s situated centrally within striking distance of downtown restaurants and cafes and a handful of gondolas to epic trail networks.
Day 1 — Arrival:
Ciao! Welcome to Verona. Meet your local Onewheel tour guides and fellow wheelers in Verona. There you will get to know each other and load into our private shuttle. Then we embark on a 2+ hour drive past some incredible scenery to the hotel in Ortesi. After everyone is settled into their rooms, the group will meet up for a briefing and family style dinner to eat, drink, and go over the epic plan for the week.
Day 2-5 — Riding through the Dolomites:
Mornings:
Breakfast will be at the hotel every morning starting at 7:30am. After breakfast, you will meet in the lobby and board the shuttle for each day’s riding adventure. Your tour guides will let you know the meeting time for the day the evening before.
During Each Day:
Each day we will adventure to a different part of the beautiful Val Gardena and you will have the option of either a shorter/easier ride and a longer/more advanced ride. We will have a lunch location set for each day. Some days may include an option for extra activities such as a cooking class or tour if you’d like.
Evenings:
Once we return from each day’s ride, the afternoon/evening is yours! You can utilize the hotel’s sauna, spa services, or bar or head out for another adventure on your own. Where you have dinner is completely up to you, but we will be happy to make some suggestions! On our last night, you will meet the group for a final dinner and debrief.
Day 6 — Departure Day:
Parting is such sweet sorrow! Today you will head back to fair Verona. Wake up early for breakfast and then pop into the shuttle to head back to Verona. Hugs and goodbyes and then we head home :(
