Updated Competition Structure

How Racers Qualify

  • The field is split into four qualifying paths: 25% from each of the three regional events, plus the final 25% through on-site qualifiers at RFTR.
  • See the field-size table above for the exact regional and on-site spot counts per class.
  • Grom qualification is on site only

Gate Choice & Tiebreakers

  • Friday morning timed practice determines gate choice for Friday qualifying motos.
  • Qualifying groups may hold up to 36 racers per group.
  • Saturday gate choice and final tiebreakers use Friday results and timed practice as needed.
  • Moto 2 decimal points act as the primary same-group tiebreaker.
  • If additional tiebreaking is needed across groups, fastest timed practice lap is used.

Board Rules

  • Racers must race on their own boards. Boards must be OEM aside from tire choice.
  • XL boards are permitted.
  • Footholds / FSTs are permitted.
  • Aftermarket board protection is permitted (bumpers, fenders, rail guards, rim protection, and similar protective parts).
