Return Policy

Future Motion accepts returns on all unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept refunds on any opened/used Onewheel boards or accessories. When a product is returned, a restocking fee is applied which will be deducted from your total refund amount. All sales are final

Bundles:

If you purchased a Onewheel board and accessory bundle set and would like to return one or more product(s) from the bundle, we are unable to provide refunds on specific items from the bundle. The entire bundle must be returned to qualify for a refund.

 

To initiate a refund:

Please visit our support site and submit a request to initiate an RMA and receive further instructions. Please make sure to have your order number ready.

 

Additional Information:

      - You will have to pay for the return shipment to Future Motion
      - We recommend using a shipping method with tracking
      - Future Motion is not liable for any items damaged/lost in transit to us
      - A refund will be processed within 2 business days from receiving the product(s)
      - Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order
      - If an item is deemed used/ridden, the product will be returned to the sender and no refund will be processed

       

      Purchased from Authorized Retailers:

      Only product(s) purchased directly through Onewheel.com can be returned to us. If you purchased your product(s) from an authorized reseller/dealer, we are unable to assist in providing a refund as the product(s) were not purchased directly through Future Motion and your money is with the authorized reseller/dealer. We recommend checking with the reseller/dealer you purchased it from and see what their return policy is. Although we cannot assist with providing a refund, if you believe your product is not working as intended, we would be happy to have your product(s) sent to our repair facility for a warranty claim if determined to be defective.
